Personal Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Manage Director's calendar and appointments.
  • Manage correspondence and communication effectively. Coordinate internal and external communication.
  • Attend to meeting, take minutes and follow up for closure. 
  • Prepare required reports and presentations. 
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.


Requirements

  • Female
  • Recognized qualifications in Secretarial practices.
  • Minimum 05 years of experience as Confidential Secretary or Personal Assistant.
  • Ability to manage MS Office packages and data analysis. Excellent communication skills. Be self-driven and organized. Ability to multi-task and time management .
