Job Duties
• Manage diary, meetings and appointments
• Handling relevant public relations work
• Compile and/or prepare various management reports
• Review and channel various documents for onward action
Requirements
• Male
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
• Previous experience in construction or engineering sectors will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong public relation skills
• High computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Sound Educational qualifications
• Good organizing skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage a high workload
