Secretary/Receptionist

Personal Assistant Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Working with the secretarial team, providing support when necessary
  • Implementing and maintaining an effective filing system
  • Photocopying, binding and storing all company documents
  • Frequently updating details on the company database
  • Ensuring all incoming calls are answered quickly, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary
  • Collecting and distributing all incoming post and deliveries
  • Managing and booking all outgoing post and couriers
  • Supporting the senior PA with admin and document overflow
  • Covering diary management when required, including organizing travel and accommodation and email correspondence

Requirements

  • Female
  • Age below 40
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
  • Previous experience in construction or engineering sectors will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Strong public relation skills
  • High computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Sound Educational qualifications
  • Good organizing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage a high workload
