Personal Assistant cum Business Coordinator Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Provide high-level administrative and personal support to the Director/Manager.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle all forms of communication: emails, phone calls, messages, and follow-ups.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Follow up on business leads, client inquiries, and project timelines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality on all sensitive matters.
  • Assist in day-to-day office operations and business development tasks.
  • Manage travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and stakeholders professionally and efficiently


Requirements:

  • Female
  • Age Between  30 - 45 years
  • Diploma Or degree
  • Minimum 3 Years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written); Tamil/Sinhala would be a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of foreign trade regulations, shipping documentation, LC/DP terms, and cross-border accounting practices.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
