Procurement Assistant (Shopping Mall) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Prepare and issue purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery times with suppliers.
  • Monitor and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve issues related to delivered goods, invoices, and contracts.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage of delivered goods.
  • Maintain and update supplier information, purchase records, and related documentation.
  • Assist in the procurement process for materials, supplies, and services.
  • Analyze invoices to ensure accurate product delivery and pricing.
  • Assist in negotiation of contracts and procurement terms with suppliers.
  • Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with suppliers and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in inventory management and control.
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.

Requirements

  • Male
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 6 Months Or 1 Year Experience in related field
  • Proven experience as a Procurement Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management and procurement processes.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
