Job Duties:

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Manage the procurement of raw materials required for production and operational activities.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and quality products.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with suppliers regarding delivery schedules.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Follow up on orders and resolve supply delays or discrepancies efficiently.
• Conduct market research to identify alternative suppliers and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation.
• Ensure all purchased raw materials meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with finance departments regarding invoices, payments, and purchase documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, cost analyses, and inventory reports.
• Ensure compliance with procurement procedures, company policies, and industry standards.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 37
• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in raw materials purchasing within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier management skills.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
