Procurement Manager (Hotel & Restaurant) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.
  • Manage relationships with key suppliers, including performance reviews and contract management.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to forecast demand and prevent shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and manage procurement budgets and reports.
  • Optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
