Job Duties

• Achieve production targets.
• Implement production processes and procedures, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
• Manage and engage the production team effectively.
• Reduce product waste and improve machine efficiency.
• Enhance quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 40
• B.Sc. Engineering or NDT in Mechanical, Chemical, Material, or Production Engineering from a recognized university
• 3 to 5 years in a similar role.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Candidates living within a 10 km radius of Ekala , Ja-Ela will have an added advantage.
