Job Duties

• Monitor and manage daily apparel production activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved according to planned schedules
• Supervise and guide production operators and team members
• Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and quality standards
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Cutting, and Finishing departments
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Maintain production reports and update management on progress
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity
• Ensure compliance with company safety and operational procedures

Requirements

• Male Candidates
• Diploma / Degree in Apparel Technology, Textile Engineering, Production Management, or related field
• Previous experience in apparel manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of garment production processes, sewing operations, and production planning
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work under production targets and deadlines
• Willingness to work in shifts if required
