Job Role

• Assist the production planning team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with production operations, procurement, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time material availability.
• Update and maintain production planning documents, reports, and system data accurately.
• Monitor production progress and report delays, operational issues, or material shortages to the planning supervisor.
• Track raw materials, WIP, and finished goods inventory to support efficient production planning.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying bottlenecks in production operations and suggesting process enhancements.
• Help ensure production targets, timelines, and customer delivery deadlines are achieved.
• Perform administrative, reporting, and documentation tasks related to production planning and operations.

Job Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age below 26.
• Undergraduate in Physical Science, Operations Management, Production Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of production operations, manufacturing processes, inventory management, and production planning concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support planning and scheduling tasks.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Ability to handle data analysis, reporting, and production documentation.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new planning tools and support production and planning teams.
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
