Job Duties

• Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
• Coordinate with the cutting, sewing, and finishing department to maintain smooth workflow
• Monitor production target and minimize downtime or delays
• Control absenteeism and employee turnover to company standards 
• Train & develop skills, guide and motivate production employees 
• Drive the production incentive scheme to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and labor regulations

Requirements

• Male 
• Age Below 40
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in the apparel industry
• Strong knowledge of garment production processes and quality standard 
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Diploma or certificate in Apparel technology or a related field is an advantage
