Job Role 

• Analyze design briefs and cost information and prepare preliminary project feasibility reports.
• Provide architectural input from concept design through to final tender drawings.
• Coordinate material submissions and approvals.
• Handle design-related clarifications during the tender stage.
• Review designs and provide recommendations to Management on architectural matters.
• Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to resolve design issues.
• Organize and manage site teams and ensure effective site supervision and inspections.
• Coordinate information requests and follow up with consultants and authorities for timely responses.
• Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor (QS) to assess project variations.
• Conduct initial site visits and assist with preliminary concept designs for proposed developments.
• Prepare feasibility reports covering development potential, parking requirements, and key project considerations.
• Assist in managing the drawing office, including drawing archives, development regulations, staff allocation, and project deliverables.
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and local authority requirements.

Job Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in designing high-rise buildings exceeding 20 stories.
• Strong understanding of material specifications.
• Good working knowledge of architectural drawings and relevant design software.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• 15+ years’ experience in high-rise building design (20+ stories).
• Strong knowledge of materials and construction details.
• Proficiency in architectural drawings and relevant design software.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, authorities, and project stakeholders.
