Analyze project drawings, specifications and other contract documents to prepare accurate shop drawings, submittals, and schedules for door hardware using manufacturer catalogues/guidance and other tools as required.
Preparing product specifications and pricing tender BOQs.
Coordination as required to clarify project details and provide accurate submittals and product purchasing details.
Seeking out product knowledge, training, new detailing techniques, diligently listens to instruction given, and consistently applies knowledge gained to grow expertise.
Setting up project files and coordinating the flow of information (specifications, plans, transmittals, purchase orders, and change orders).
Ensuring that projects are on time for customer needs and are at or better than budget.
Ensuring the best possible outcome for the customer by attending job site meetings when needed.
Obtaining quotes from material suppliers and /or subcontractors.
Manage a team of Quantity Surveyors/Project Coordinators.
Have good oral and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English languages

Age Below 35
A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/Project Management or similar/equivalent.
2-3 years experience in a similar capacity.
Strong computer skills including AutoCAD.
Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel).
Strong written & verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
Team player.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
