Coordinate with software vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of priority projects like Salesforce/ Global Customer Support Portal and Factory Automation Projects.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams to achieve project objectives.
Communicate project progress, risks and issues to senior management and key stakeholders.
Ensure successful integration and implementation of ERP systems while managing resources, schedules, and budgets.
Requirements
Strong academic background in IT or Engineering
Experience in leading digital transformation initiatives and implementing CRM/ ERP systems
Solid background in stakeholder management and working with cross-functional teams
Hand-on experience in risk management and quality assurance processes
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools, with a focus o large scale IT projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Good understanding of Business Processes in Sales, Customer Care, Manufacturing and Distribution processes
Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively while maintaining a high level of quality assurance
