Job Duties 

• Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality of the organization’s products.
• Responsible to take up projects/ tasks for improvement. 
• Data monitoring, recording, analysis and presenting. 
• Handling quality related projects independently (Six Sigma)
• Ability conduct trainings programs as per Schedule
• Being ability to maintenance of QMS (ISO 9001:2015)
• Handling customer audits/ 03rd Party audits independently   

Requirements 

• Male / Female 
• Age below 40
• GCE A/L Moths scheme / BSc Science in any field 
• 3 – 4 years’ experience in manufacturing environment
• Sound IT Skills (Excel, Word, PPT, Minitab) 
• Sound knowledge in ISO 9001:2015/ ISO 14001:2015/ ISO 45001:2018
• Pre-Experience in glove manufacturing would be an added advantage.
• Data recording, analytical kills and presenting skills.
• Six Sigma project background 
• Sound communications skills both English and Sinhala
• Ability to work independently and long hours.
• Fast learner
