Job Duties  

• Responsible for quality of raw materials sub. Materials and all other materials in line with required specification.  
• Ensure the quality of outgoing products in line with the customer requirements.
• Monitoring, measuring and reviewing of internal processes, especially which affect the quality of the organization’s products.
• Responsible to resolve customer comments/ complaints/ requirements and maintain customer satisfaction with the support of group team members.
• Responsible for developing the required SOPs/ implemented/ adhere by Quality department.
• Keep updated on relevant standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with regards to product /service quality which can affect for business.
• Work with customers, employees, contractors, and outsourcing firms to develop product requirements.
• Responsible to take up projects/ tasks for improvement.
• Responsible to develop detailed management reports on issues related to Quality Assurance
• Representing the company in Quality related forums
• Evaluate, Coach, develop and motivate the team, identify training needs of team members and arrange necessary trainings to improve their performance.
• Meeting HR/QMS related compliances

Requirements

• BSc Degree in Polymer Science / Chemistry / or equal qualification, Master’s Degree will be and added advantage
• Possessing at least 5-8 years experience in a medium to large scale manufacturing organization, exposure to glove manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Posses good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge on QMS/EMS and product standards
• Good Written / Oral Communication Skills
