Job Duties:

• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQs), measurements, and cost estimates.
• Carry out quantity take-offs and measurement of construction works.
• Assist with project cost planning and budget monitoring.
• Support preparation and evaluation of tenders and quotations.
• Assist with interim valuations, payment applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of project costs and quantities.
• Assist in monitoring project expenditure against approved budgets.
• Support contract administration and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare quantity surveying and cost-related reports as required.
• Ensure measurements and cost documentation comply with relevant standards.

• Age below 35 years
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying.
• Good knowledge of measurement, estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Proficiency in POMI / NRM2 standards.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with project teams and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
