Job Duties

• Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents for MEP works.
• Evaluate tenders, variations, and subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor project costs and control budgets for MEP installations.
• Prepare interim valuations, progress claims, and final accounts.
• Handle variations, claims, and change orders related to MEP works.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and contractors.
• Verify measurements and certify work done on-site.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of costs, contracts, and payments.
• Assist in procurement and subcontractor management for MEP packages.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age Below 35
• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in MEP quantity surveying (project-based experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and cost structures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and QS software.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
