Secretary/Receptionist

Receptionist Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary
  • Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and calendars
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle basic office supply management and reordering
  • Support event coordination and staff communication when required

Requirements:

  • Female candidates only.
  • Below 35 years.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of receptionist experience.
  • Diploma / NVQ Level qualification.
  • Preferably candidates residing in Colombo.
