Job Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and calendars.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Ensure the front desk area is always clean, organized, and presentable.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle office supply management and reordering.
Support event coordination and internal communication as required.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Age Below 35 years.
Minimum 06 months of receptionist experience (school leavers may also apply).
Preferably candidates residing in Colombo.
Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).
