Receptionist Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when necessary.
  • Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and calendars.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Ensure the front desk area is always clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle office supply management and reordering.
  • Support event coordination and internal communication as required.
Requirements

  • Female candidates only.
  • Age Below 35 years.
  • Minimum 06 months of receptionist experience (school leavers may also apply).
  • Preferably candidates residing in Colombo.
  • Good communication skills and a pleasant personality.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).
