Recruitment Officer Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and operational positions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to understand manpower needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, agencies, and other channels.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Organize trade tests, interviews, and selection campaigns.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of selected employees.
  • Build strong relationships with technical colleges, training institutes, and local agencies to create candidate pipelines.
  • Support HR and operations teams in workforce planning and deployment.

Requirements:

  • Male
  • Age below 45
  • Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in recruitment (preferably blue-collar/manpower operations).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media recruitment tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
