Regional Service Manager
Full-Time
Job Role
Lead and manage regional technical service operations to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, installations, inspections, and troubleshooting activities.
Manage, guide, and motivate the technical service team to achieve performance targets and KPIs.
Ensure timely response to customer service requests and maintain strong client relationships.
Monitor service performance, analyze reports, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business growth and after-sales service excellence.
Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and service quality procedures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the laboratory equipment or technical service industry.
Strong knowledge in fault diagnosis, repair, servicing, and maintenance of electronic instruments.
Proven leadership experience in managing technical/service teams.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple service operations efficiently.
Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset.
