Job Duties

• Manage all aspects of guest reservations including bookings, modifications, and cancellations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues related to reservations.
• Ensure accurate data entry of all reservation details into the property management system without errors.
• Coordinate with the front desk and housekeeping departments to ensure that guest expectations are met or exceeded.
• Monitor and analyze reservation trends to optimize room occupancy and revenue management strategies.
• Assist in creating and disseminating promotional materials to attract new guests and retain current customers.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all reservation-related documents and correspondence.

Requirements

• Male / Female
• Age Below 45
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a reservation or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
• A flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
