Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee
daily operations of two beach houses in Mirissa
- Coordinate
with caretakers and service providers to ensure property maintenance and
guest readiness
- Manage
bookings, guest communication, and check-in/check-out processes
- Act
as the primary liaison between the Colombo head office and Mirissa
properties
- Develop
and manage social media content and support marketing initiatives
- Maintain
booking calendars, financial records, and operational reports
Preferred Skills and
Qualifications:
- Male/Female Candidates
- Age Between 20 – 35
- Diploma
or Degree in Tourism Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or
related field
- 1–2
years of experience in tourism, hospitality operations, or property
management
- Strong
organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent
communication skills in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge
of Sinhala and other languages
- Computer
literacy, including MS Office, booking systems, and social media tools
- Photography/content
creation and Canva/graphic design skills
- Problem-solving
mindset with attention to detail
- Social media knowledge preferred
- Flexible
work arrangement: two days’ work-from-home per week
