Reservations Executive (Hotel/Resort) Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Manage and process reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our services, rates, and availability to potential guests.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring outstanding customer service satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the front office and other departments to ensure timely and accurate guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Maintain and update reservation systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless communication across teams.
  • Monitor and manage room inventory, availability, and rates to optimize occupancy and revenue.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with guests to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • Male / Female
  • Age Below 45
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in a reservations or customer service role within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience in logistics or inventory management roles is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office applications is required.
