Job Roles 

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the retail outlet.
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance to achieve business targets.
• Oversee inventory management, stock control, stock takes, and product availability.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, store presentation, hygiene, safety, security, and housekeeping.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the store team to improve productivity and employee engagement.
• Identify staff training needs and support employee development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities.
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase customer traffic and sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), corporate governance, and relevant legal regulations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position within the retail industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive business performance.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in both English and Sinhala (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales and operational targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management systems is an added advantage.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and customer-focused attitude.
