Job Duties
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Provide operation support to the sales team
- Schedule service requests of clients and ensure technicians attend them efficiently
- Handle telephone calls, emails, and quotation request of clients
- Preparing Tenders & Quotations
- Supplier coordination & Import handling
- Tracks product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
