Job Duties

• Promote and sell company products/services to achieve sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales leads.
• Conduct site visits and technical assessments when required.
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, service) to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements

• Male
• Age Below 35
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Technical field / Business or related discipline.
• Proven experience in sales and/or technical support role (preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good technical knowledge relevant to the industry (e.g., machinery, agriculture, construction, etc.).
• Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Valid Bike license (preferred for field visits).
