Sales Executive Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the principal, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
  • Increase market presence by expanding agency partnerships and distribution networks.
  • Conduct regular agency visits, generate new business leads, and strengthen relationships with key travel agencies.
  • Monitor and enhance market share by driving sales initiatives.
  • Review and assess agency performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities.
  • Implement and support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and sales.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and offerings, ensuring effective communication with clients.


Requirements

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 35
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of sales and customer service principles.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English (knowledge of additional languages is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in sales and/or aviation.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced airline industry environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
