Job Duties:

• Drive continuous improvement in Sales Operational process & performance across the Sales team .
• Monitor market trends to implement tactical and strategic adjustments.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align with objectives. 

• Male candidate preferred
• Successfully passed GCE A/L
• Diploma in Marketing (an added advantage)
• Experience as a sales representative or in the tire manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
• Valid Motorcycle Riding License (mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in field operations independently and achieve sales goals
