Job Duties

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
• Expand market presence through agency partnerships and distribution networks.
• Conduct regular agency visits, generate leads, and strengthen relationships with travel agencies.
• Monitor market share, drive sales initiatives, and review agency performance.
• Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
• Stay updated on products and services, ensuring effective client communication.

Requirements

• Male/Female
• Age Below 35
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years’ experience in sales/aviation.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and work independently or in a team.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced airline industry environment.
