Job Duties

• Work as a team and achieve the overall target
• Make quotations & tenders
• Supplier Registration
• Weekly quotation & tender report strike rate submission
• Filling – Quotation & Invoices
• Invoice submission 
• Courier arranging
• Walking customer handling if the sales person is out on call
• Attend to the phone calls and handle customers over the phone if the salesperson is out on calls
• Stationery ordering on time.

Requirements

• Female
• Age below 30
• Experience as a coordinator minimum of  2-3 years
• Ability to work extra hours if required
• Capability to use Microsoft Word/Excel & PowerPoint to submit required reports
• Knowledge of Supplier registration
• Tender process knowledge
• Speaking capability – Sinhala & English 
• Teamwork capability
