Job Duties

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across all business segments.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
• Manage profitability and loss (P&L) statements, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Develop and implement effective commercial strategies aligned with country and group objectives.
• Manage expectations and deliver results at both country and group level.

Requirements

• Proven track record of success in a senior commercial role within the Courier, Logistics, or Air Freight industry.
• Experience in managing P&Ls and developing and implementing commercial strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• A deep understanding of the Sri Lankan logistics market and its dynamics.
