Sales Manager (Medical Equipment) Full-Time

Job Duties 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the medical device market
  • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and tender procedures
  • Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Work closely with the product, regulatory, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports and forecasts

Requirements

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 45
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in medical device sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the Sri Lankan healthcare market, including tenders and institutional sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-driven, with proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
