Job Duties

• Formulate marketing and sales strategies for the marketing of apartments. 
• Execute comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Proactively identify and pursue prospective customer leads.
• Provide relevant and timely information to prospective customers to secure the sale of apartments. 
• Build and maintain a database of customer inquiries and follow up on sales leads.

Requirements

• Male/ Female
• Age below 45 years
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate, automobile or service sectors. 
• Possess strong networking skills and experience in dealing with High-Net-Worth clientele. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achievement.
