Job Duties

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and increase sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new customer connections.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital and traditional advertising.
• Manage social media, website content, and online marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends, competition, and customer needs.
• Organize promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.
• Prepare and present sales reports and marketing performance analyses.

• Age below 40
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales & marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office, marketing tools, and graphic design software is an advantage.
