Job Duties 

• Assist senior sales team with daily field sales visits in Nugegoda, Colombo 05, Colombo 07, Colombo 08, Borella, Maharagama, and surrounding areas.
• Learn the full B2B sales process, including hardware sales, building materials sales, industrial sales, and engineering product sales.
• Support customer relationship building with procurement officers, purchasing managers, site supervisors, contractors, engineers, and factory clients.
• Help with inquiry follow-ups, quotation coordination, order updates, and basic documentation for outdoor sales operations.
• Participate in customer visits, product explanations, and basic negotiation training under senior guidance.
• Assist with payment collection follow-ups, invoice tracking, and cheque coordination with the finance/accounts team.
• Coordinate with field engineers to support product demonstrations, technical inquiries, and new customer generation.
• Gather basic market feedback, competitor information, customer needs, and product demand data in Nugegoda & Colombo markets.
• Learn to prepare simple sales reports, visit summaries, CRM updates, and daily field activity logs.
• Support the sales team in expanding market coverage in hardware shops, construction sites, engineering workshops, and industrial supply channels.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 30
• Passed G.C.E. A/L (any stream)
• freshers welcome, no experience required.
• Valid motorbike license and willingness for daily field visits.
• Good English & Sinhala communication skills, confident personality, and interest in building a career in B2B field sales / hardware sales / industrial sales.
• Quick learner with strong work ethic, professional appearance, and ability to interact with senior managers & corporate clients.
