Managing business user issues related to hardware and software applications (SAP, LOB and O365 applications) and resolving within set SLAs.
Manage deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of IT systems, including networks and servers, identify and plan rectification of performance/ availability issues.
Establishing and maintaining strong relationships across teams and with business users.
IT equipment sourcing.
Act as primary contact point for all enterprise support requirements.
Ensure compliance with established IT policies and procedures.

Age below 35
More than 2 years of experience in IT including at least 1 years of experience in similar capacity.
Diploma in Computing / Information Systems / IT or equivalent.
CCNA, MCP or other IT related professional qualification is an added advantage.
