Secretary Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Provide day-to-day secretarial and administrative support.
  • To be able to manage the diary, meeting appointments, traveling arrangements, phone calls, emails
  • and other relevant reminders.
  • Receive incoming emails/ mail memos and route them to appropriate parties.
  • Schedule internal/external meetings and take minutes if necessary.
  • Maintain a systematic filing system for easy retrieval and safekeeping of all confidential and 
  • sensitive documents.
  • Assisting in monitoring and following up with tender documents, invoicing, and agreements for 
  • trouble-free business performance
  • Any other job that may be required by the management from time to time.

Requirements

  • G.C.E A/L with a Credit pass for Mathematics and English in G.C.E O/L.
  • At least two years’ experience as a Secretary is a must.
  • Fluency in Sinhala & English are a must.
  • Fluency in Tamil will be an added advantage.
  • Good IT skills & competency in MS Office package is a must.
  • Willing to work long hours and to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizing skills, Good PR and Inter-personal communication skills.
