Secretary Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Work closely with managerial staff to provide administrative support.
  • Coordinate with external organizations and stakeholders on behalf of management.
  • Prepare and manage documents, reports, letters, and other correspondence within specified timelines.
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and handle follow-ups.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating company events or meetings when needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Ensure effective internal communication and smooth workflow between departments.


Requirements 

  • Female
  • Age below 30
  • GCE A/L qualification.
  • Credit passes in Mathematics and English at GCE O/L.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Secretary.
  • Proficient in Sinhala and English; knowledge of Tamil is an added advantage.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional, presentable, and capable of working under pressure.
  • A self-motivated team player with a dynamic and pleasing personality.
  • Willing to work long hours and meet tight deadlines when required
