Job Duties
- Manage diary, meetings and appointments
- Handling relevant public relations work
- Compile and/or prepare various management reports
- Review and channel various documents for onward action
Requirements
- Male
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role
- Previous experience in construction or engineering sectors will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong public relation skills
- High computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound Educational qualifications
- Good organizing skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage a high workload
