Job Duties

• Oversee daily security operations, including CCTV monitoring and surveillance systems.
• Liaise and coordinate with Police and relevant government authorities on security matters.
• Manage and supervise outsourced security service providers and security personnel.
• Develop, implement, and enforce site security policies, procedures, and access-control protocols.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments, inspections, and security audits.
• Handle security incidents, investigations, reporting, and emergency response coordination.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of security personnel.
• Maintain accurate security logs, incident reports, and other security documentation.
• Identify potential security risks and implement appropriate preventive measures.

Requirements

• Male
• Age below 50 years
• Ex-Forces / Ex-Police candidates preferred, with proven civil or corporate security exposure.
• Previous experience as a Security Manager or in a senior security supervisory position.
• Sound knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and security technology.
• Strong experience liaising with Police and government authorities.
• Experience managing outsourced security firms and security personnel.
• Excellent communication, leadership, coordination, and report-writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to handle emergencies and security incidents professionally.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
