Job Duties

• Drive Sales Success: Generate sales from both existing and new customers, achieving monthly and annual sales and gross profit targets.
• Handle Quotations and Invoicing: Prepare professional quotations and manage the invoicing process with precision and attention to detail.
• Service Coordination: Follow up on service jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate Effectively: Coordinate with technicians and customers to manage ongoing jobs seamlessly.
• Prepare Reports: Create sales and management reports to provide valuable insights and updates to the leadership team.
• Oversee Administration: Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, follow-ups, and support activities related to aftermarket services.

Requirements

• Male
• Age Below 40
• A bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in the Generator Industry or Heavy Equipment Aftersales service is highly advantageous.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar job role.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Sound IT literacy, including proficiency in the MS Office package and familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive and goal-oriented approach.
