Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to achieve business goals and objectives for fashion and lifestyle brands.
Define and refine brand positioning to ensure differentiation and relevance within the target market.
Craft and maintain clear, cohesive, and impactful brand messaging across all marketing channels and consumer touch points.
Plan and execute successful product launches, including developing marketing campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring effective product positioning in the market.
Work closely with DGM Marketing to create promotional activities and events to drive product sales and brand awareness.
Develop and manage marketing communication strategies, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, public relations, and influence partnerships.
Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels to maintain brand integrity.
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies, improve brand performance, and drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, sales, to align brand strategies and initiatives with overall company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, banks, influencers, and agencies to support brand initiatives.
Develop and manage budgets for brand marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness in achieving desired outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, OR equal PQ in CIM/SLIM or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven 2 years of minimum experience in brand management, preferably with exposure to managing luxury brands.
Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and strategic planning skills.
Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team and with external partners.
