Senior Customer Care Coordinator Full-Time

Job Duties

  • Team lead/ team management skills 
  • Monitor important inquiries and share with the management 
  • Handle and resolve escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all customer interactions, whether through calls, emails, or chat, are handled with care and meet company standards.
  • Gather customer feedback and input to improve customer support services.
  • Implement feedback-driven improvements to enhance the customer experience.
  • Take immediate action problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with other departments 
  • Generate and analyze reports.
  • Monitor Payment Settlement.
  • Monitor the process for online delivery.

Requirements

  • Male/Female
  • Age below 40
  • Minimum, 3 Year working experience as a Customer Service Manager, Retail Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficiency in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Awareness of industry’s latest technology trends and applications
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
