Senior Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Ensure all orders are delivered to customers within the agreed delivery date.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Develop strategies to reduce supply chain costs without compromising on quality or efficiency.
  • Ensure all supply chain activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics / supply chain customer service.
  • Sound knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices.
  • Sound knowledge of Sri Lanka's customs procedures.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
