Job Role

• Develop, implement, and manage the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display advertising.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports.
• Create engaging digital content including social media posts, blogs, email campaigns, and website content.
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and improve brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct SEO and SEM activities to increase website traffic and online presence.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Identify new digital marketing trends, tools, and strategies to improve marketing performance.
• Generate leads and support sales growth through targeted digital marketing initiatives.

Job Requirements 

• Female Candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
• Experience in managing Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google advertising campaigns.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and content management systems.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and strong understanding of digital marketing trends.
• Experience in content marketing and email marketing will be an added advantage.
