Job Duties:

• Install, calibrate, and maintain medical equipment at hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Provide prompt technical support and troubleshoot issues related to electronic medical devices.
• Visit clients for routine maintenance and emergency repairs
• Act as the main point of contact for all after-sales technical queries.
• Maintain detailed service reports and ensure follow-up on client concerns.
• Coordinate with the sales, service, and logistics teams to ensure smooth post-sales operations.
• Recommend preventive maintenance schedules to clients.
• Stay updated on technical advancements and compliance standards in the medical equipment industry.

Requirements:

• Male
• Age below 45 
• Diploma or other relevant qualification in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in electronic or medical equipment servicing.
• Strong knowledge of medical diagnostic or therapeutic devices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willing to travel frequently to client locations.
