Senior Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition Executive Full-Time

Job Duties:

  • Assist senior leadership and hiring managers to understand talent needs and create recruitment plans.
  • Manage the end-to-end executive search process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
  • Use various recruitment methods such as networking, executive search firms, online platforms, and educational institutions to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment data to track metrics, evaluate strategies, and identify improvements.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and networking forums to promote the employer brand.
  • Oversee completion of all employee documentation, including contracts, confidentiality agreements, and compliance forms.
  • Coordinate the full onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the organization.
  • Prepare and maintain personal files for executives and above.
  • Identify workflow gaps and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and the new hire experience.
  • Support initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice, attracting and retaining talent at all levels.

Requirements:

  • Male/ Female
  • Age below 35 years
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification in HR or similar from a reputed University/Institute.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
